With a business administration background and after two years in documentation at pharm-analyt Klaus took over as CEO in 2017. In 2020 he experienced his most challenging year as a CEO building on his logistics major in order to implement new rules and procedures to get through the pandemic. New challenges mastered have been the outsourcing of the IT and a new e-archive being implemented in Q3/2026.
