Together with the study directors, he is the point of contact for sponsors during the implementation of their studies.
Daniel Mascher is a physicist, whose doctoral thesis was in the field of bioanalytics, on HPLC mass spectrometry of trace-level organic molecules.

This area of knowledge – greatly extended at pharm-analyt over many years as GLP/GMP/GCP-study director – is one which he brings to bear very effectively as the COO, facilitating an efficient mode of working among our in-house study directors. He heads a youthful team of analysts and covers both test facility management (GLP) and control laboratory management (GMP).
